An artist depicted the biggest owl species – an eagle-owl, placed in Red Data List of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, according to which the total number of these birds is about 200 only.
The main idea of the work does fit in short creator’s comment: „The number of eagle-owls’ is decreasing in Khanty-Mansi Okrug“.
