Hien Lam Pavilion is a building of Hue Citadel Complex. It was built in 1821 and completed in 1822 during Minh Mang's reign, at the same time as The Mieu. Hien Lam Pavilion is located in the area of ​​Hue royal shrine, 17 meter high and is the highest building in the Citadel. The Pavilion is considered a monument to honor the merits of the Nguyen emperors and great courtiers of the dynasty. It is considered as a typical project of Vietnamese feudal architecture.
