Anele-aneme chairs designed by Elliat Rich and hand made by The Centre for appropriate technology. Anele-Anele means "sit a little while" in the central Australian Arrernte language. Exhibited at The Pool exhibition within the Australian Pavilion, an immersive multi-sensory exhibition using the pool as a lens through which to explore Australian cultural identity, and created by Creative Directors Aileen Sage Architects and Michelle Tabet, for the Australian Institute of Architects at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale.
