The prime and backup crewmembers for Expedition 32 attend ceremonies outside their Cosmonaut Hotel in Baikonur, Kazakhstan July 4, 2012 following the raising of U.S., Russian, Japanese and Kazakh flags outside their crew quarters as part of the pre-launch activities leading up to the launch of the next crew to the International Space Station. From left to right are the prime crewmembers – Soyuz Commander Yuri Malenchenko, NASA Flight Engineer Sunita Williams and Flight Engineer Aki Hoshide of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency who will launch to the station July 15 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in their Soyuz TMA-05M spacecraft --- and their backups, NASA Flight Engineer Tom Marshburn, Canadian Space Agency Flight Engineer Chris Hadfield and Russian Soyuz Commander Roman Romanenko.
