“The Shaheen Bagh” protest as it was called, was a peaceful sit-in protest in Delhi, India, that began on 15 December 2019 and lasted until 24 March 2020 when it was forced to disperse due to a complete lockdown imposed in Delhi because of the Covid 19 pandemic. Here the crowds are listening to Qawwali performance and participating with passion of resistance and protest.
