Raixa is an estate of Arab origin, located in the municipality of Bunyola. It was once owned by Cardinal Antoni Despuig, who commissioned the renovation that gave it its current neoclassical appearance and designed the impressive gardens. Raixa is now publicly owned and houses the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site Interpretation Centre.
