The site of the basilica is surrounded, on the north, East and South sides, by some portions of very eroded walls, of which barely one or two foundations remain. To the South-East of the basilica the mission of LA3M investigated the remains of a large structure which, in all probability, initially crossed the valley and had, between others, the function of a hydraulic dam.
