This book was signed by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh when they dedicated the Second World War Forecourt in 1954. Their signatures were added on the opposite page to that of King George V, the grandfather of Queen Elizabeth II, who had signed the book when it was sent to England before the dedication of the Shrine of Remembrance in 1934.
