The Sevilla-Biltmore Hotel tag

Paper luggage tag with white lettering against a blue background and border. The luggage tag reads "The Sevilla-Biltmore Hotel, Havana, Cuba". The luggage tag also has a red thread looped through a metal rivet attached on the left side. The AAGPBL travelled to Cuba in 1947 for spring training. The games pitted the women of the AAGPBL with their counterparts in the Latin American Feminine Basebol League. Donated by Delores Brumfield-White.
