She worked as a professor of declamation and mimicry, she has established a fund to support poor students. For the former Ministry of Education drew up a proposal for the reform of acting education. She emphasized the use and development of voice and speech technology, the conceptual analysis of the role and the importance of the external physical appearance referring to the character and action figures. Among her students were for examople J. Štěpničková and O. Korbelář.
