Le Cheval Raye
The tapestry shows in the centre a zebra bitten by a tiger. Around a lot of exotic animals and a rich vegetation: one rhinoceros and an antelope on the left, white birds under zebra's front hooves raised, various kinds of fishes inside the river that flows from the right to the low part of the tapestry with others small exotic animals; behind the hunt scene a large tree with flowers and pods for seeds maybe the vanilla's ones. Unfortunately due to the colour lost brightness they are keeped in a darkness light; the room known as the Council Chamber hosts this collection of ten tapestries depicting hunting scenes, personal gift of the Grand Master of Spanish origin Ramony Perellos Rocaful.
