A view of the University of Wrocław from the south, from Kuźnicza Street. On the right, there is a fragment of the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus. The etching was published by Theodor Lichtenberg on the occasion of the hundredth anniversary of the University of Wrocław and of naming it after Frederick William III. On the remarque, there are two portraits (pencil drawings) of vice-chancellors of the University, from 1811 – the first vice-chancellor of the Prussian University, Professor Karl August Wilhelm Berends (1754-1826), and the vice-chancellor from 1911 – Professor Alfred Hillebrandt (1853-1927).
