Walk for Bihar
Mumbai, India

We conceived the portrait of Aryabhata and his majestic vision for the walls of Danapur Station.
Aryabhata (476–550 CE) was the first of the major mathematician-astronomers from the classical age of Indian mathematics and Indian astronomy. Aryabhata is said to be born in erstwhile Kusumapura or
Pataliputra (present day Patna, Bihar), thus an apt figure to appear on the walls of his native state.
