The dining room in the Los Angeles home of Mr. Frederick R. Weisman and his wife, Marcia Weisman, a couple who made the fortune in business and became prominent art collectors. Their home was decorated by George Hall. Hanging over the sideboard is Jasper John's painting "The Map," while two Giacometti sculptures sit on the sideboard: "The Glade" (a rare painted version) and "The Dog", both flanking a Lowestoft tureen full of roses. The table is accompanied by Chippendale chairs with painted griffins and old Imari plates.
