The “Ant Projector”

This structure for the planetarium projectors is an original idea from Zeiss in 1922, where two spheres that project each one, half of the sky, are separated by a cylindrical structure.
Inside each sphere fits a 1000 watt tungsten lamp with eight hemispherical lenses.
