Composition in rose, yellow, gray, ochre, earthy, blue, violet, green, white and black tones. Smooth, thick texture in some areas, spatula work and marked brushstrokes. Composition representing three boys, taking up almost the entire area; the one on the left has a gourd in his hand; against background composed of overlapping geometrical areas divided in three distinct areas. The three boys are standing, and represented with deliberate significant deformation in the proportions and with the bones indicated mainly in the legs, suggesting emaciated and malnourished children. The one on the left faces forward with his body turned 3/4 head to the right. He has on his head a newspaper hat that shades almost the entire face, from which stands out the big nose, amid the suggested eyes and lips just. Arms along the body and right hand holding a large ochre gourd. He wears clothes made up of geometrical areas in various shades and has bare feet. The boy in the center is almost in profile to the left, also wearing a hat; he has suggested facial features and appears to be wrapped in a checkered cloth, composed of geometrical areas in various shades. His right arm raised, his hand over his face as if to lift the hat and the left hand holds the right wrist. He is barefoot, and the right foot is further than the the left. The boy on the right faces forward, has short dark hair, suggested facial features, with the left side of the face in shadowed area. He has a naked torso, bent right arm holding the left elbow and bent upward, and the hand is ajar and leaning on his left cheek. He wears knee-high pants of geometrical areas, his legs are slightly apart and he has bare feet. The background is divided into three areas. The floor is indicated by an irregular area of ​​rose and red tones. The central area is composed of geometrical areas of rose tones, being wider on the left of the composition. In the upper region, geometrical areas in ochre and rose, as background to the figures; the side areas are filled in very light yellow.
