Three Gables, Croft Lane, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire

The thatched cottage, Three Gables, was designed in 1907 by architect Cecil Hignett for himself. Hignett had worked as an assistant for Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin, who won the competition to plan Letchworth, the first garden city.
