The hem on positions of the collar, cuffs and bottom flap of this robe is composed of alternating otter fur in two different colors. And long the inner edge of the otter fur there is piping made of blue and red gold-wefted brocade. Corners of the flap are ornamented with abstract cloud patterns. On the foundation of red gold-wefted brocade of the front and back panels there are cloud and dragon motifs, a traditional fixed pattern combination with dragons as the main elements while clouds the subordinate. And the forms and compositions can be flexible, either with the dragon riding the clouds or flying leisurely around clouds.
