White glazed earthenware tile. Rectangular shaped tile has molded decoration, which begins with a raised line border framing top and bottom edges, and a horizontal frieze consisting of a ribbon, and three evenly spaced flowers with intertwined bowknots. Below is a second decorative band consisting of swag formed of bowknots, a central bouquet and smaller surrounding flowers. Each decorative band of ribbon relief is embellished with yellow, blue and pink colored glaze and overall surface, on the front, is glazed with clear glass over glaze. The reverse of the tile has three horizontal recessed bands.Condition: Good; clear over glaze has considerable cracking over entire front; small chip on bottom right corner on reverse of tile; all back and side edges have cement adhered, from being mounted previously. Minor chip on top center/right edge of border.
