Public Art in Public Places
California, United States

This kinetic video projection artwork consists of 40 hours of looped projections of video, animations, "generative visualization," and live feeds on four building-mounted screens. The kinetic images (the rotating hand of a timepiece, a flickering birthday candle, and others) become integral artistic components of the apartment building facade, just as the street-facing installation serves as an innovative and highly visible kinetic public artwork.
