A rescue of the historical importance of women through cultural, social and anthropological roots, worked on in a broad or personal way by the artists of Coletivo 1MULHERporM2.
Works that promote a reflection on this walking memory that we are carriers, emphasizing the female experience through themes related to ancestors, history and time, also paying homage to the anonymous figures that are so important in the constitution of our lives. A process permeated by alterity and transcendence, presenting different ancestral aspects: indigenous heritage, afro, immigration, environment, myths and rites linked to birth, death, survival and cosmogony.
These works were conceived as “lick-licks” street posters, seeking to reach a greater number of people in public places, in a safe way and as a democratic invitation to any passerby.
