Artichokes, courgettes, beans (white Valencian beans), beans and potatoes in miniature, as well as flowers of different vegetables and greens are the stars of the two-hectare organic garden that Toni Misiano and his family have, fifth generation of farmers, in Albalat dels Sorells (Valencia). They have won over the kitchens run by Ricard Camarena, with whom Misiano works exclusively.
