Two partly preserved figurines of horsemen (knights), hand-made of clay almost entirely with the exception of faces, which were pressed in the mould, covered with a brown glaze, represent knights dressed in chainmail, originally the figures were seated on clay horses and equipped with various attributes, for example a shield or a lance. The head of a lady figurine, covered with a brown glaze, with long, loose hair, with a crown-like diadem on the top of her head. Small-scale figurative sculpture is recognised as being intended for children's play.

  • Location Created: Bardo (Ząbkowicki district, Lower Silesian Voivodeship) and Gniewoszów (Kłodzko district, Lower Silesia Voivodeship). The first one was found on the grounds of the castle in Bardo in 1985, in the supposed area of the entrance to the castle, the second was discovered during archaeological excavations on the grounds of the former castle in Bardo in 1988, within room C, both expeditions were carried out by Czesław Francke from the Archaeological Museum in Wrocław. Lady's head unearthed during archaeological excavations in the area of the castle in "Szczerba" in Gniewoszów, led by Czesław Francke from the Archaeological Museum in Wrocław.
