Tracey Hayward began work on the London Underground in 2005. She was selected for a Historic England 'I am London' portrait in recognition of her work championing the importance of looking after mental health among her Transport for London colleagues.

Canary Wharf Underground Station opened on 17 September 1999 as part of the Jubilee Line Extension.
