The KCN 92 portable color television camera was one of the first professional portable cameras. It came on the market in 1972 and was the most frequently used reporting camera at the Olympic Games in Munich. The image was taken using a color-splitter prism and 3 Plumbicon tubes. The camera sits on a shoulder stand supported on the operator's chest. The battery, the control unit, and electronic accessories are located on the backpack frame.
