Trap Rushmore

Markeidric grew up in Atlanta. At the age of 6 the young artist was placed in private art lessons until he graduated high school. He attended Savannah College of Art and Design as a painter. His current body of work focuses on the contemporary evolution of classical painting techniques applied to modern subjects and concepts. His style is considered Post Modern Neo-Classical.

In "Trap Rushmore", Markeidric juxtaposes the founding fathers of the United States and the founding fathers of Trap music, Gucci Mane, T.I., and Jeezy.
