Tribute to the victims of the AMIA bombing

On July 18, 1996, in Plaza Lavalle, in front of the Palace of Justice, the memorial "Homage to the victims of the AMIA bombing" was inaugurated. The art piece done by the sculptor Mirta Kupferminc presents a clock pointing to 9.53, time of the attack and bears the quote in Spanish “Justicia Justicia Perseguirás,” (justice, justice, you shall persue). Wooden sticks of quebracho are carved with the names of the victims.
