Triptych with Passion scenes

This triptych was located in the predella of Altarpiece of the altar of San Silvestre , with the representation of the Holy Supper on the front, and The Lavatory and The Prayer in the Garden on the sides.
The composition of The Lavatory is centred on the figure of Christ, nimbed, kneeling, washing Peter's feet. In the background there is an architectural structure from which two apostles observe the scene, depicted in a smaller size, thus marking this spatial separation.
