Tritons and Nereids

In a more rough part of the sea, a trio of Tritones, male sea creatures with a fish tail, jutting out of the water, are swimming. They are blowing into giant sea shells, presenting Poseidon and Amphitrite‘s son Triton, who has got married many times. The scene at the back with two groups of Nereids‘ trios
illustrates a giant rock arch, above which are luxuriant azure grey clouds where you can see playful putti.
