In September 2020, Villa Alicius, the home of Postman Cheval, hosted an exhibition dedicated to the artist Sarah Pucci. Arranged in collaboration with the Air de Paris gallery and Pucci's daughter, the artist Dorothy Iannone, the exhibition presented an array of decorative objects produced by Sarah Pucci between 1970 and 1990.
The exhibition offered the opportunity to explore the very personal and baroque output of Sarah Pucci, in light of the work by Postman Cheval, and to pay tribute to an artist who puts devotion at the heart of her work. Created from fragments of jewelry given by friends, these many delicate and strange works tell the story of a transatlantic love between a mother and her daughter.
