Twin-barrel cap gun (Damascus double-barrelled shotgun), smoothbore, hunting shotgun, signed in Gothic letters: Bekker & Rauscher À Varsovie (along the barrel rib) and: BEKKER & RAUSCHER // A VARSOVIE
The shotgun was produced between 1840-1850 (not later than 1854), in the Karl Bekker and Friedrich Rauscher’s Firearms Storehouse and Factory in Warsaw, Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, No 391.
