The sculpture 'Two Piece Reclining Figure No.5' was made in 1963-4. It is one of a series of two-piece sculptures that Henry Moore developed in the 1950s and 1960s. It was cast in bronze in Berlin and was exhibited at the Battersea Park 'Sculpture in the Open Air' exhibition in 1966.
