“Two Sisters, Saniah and Bahiah”: The artist had sculpted a woodwork, “Three Women,” in 1981, which was displayed in his first solo exhibition in the same year. After that, the artist Khaleel Al-Ward transformed this sculpture into two separate sculptures, the first with the name “Two Sisters, Saniah and Bahiah” and the second under the name “Al-Mutkattifa/Women with Crossed Arms,” and both of them were displayed in an exhibition that was set up by the Ministry of Information in honor of the artist after he died in 1984.
