Chinese Imperial dragon robe of silk tapestry weave (kesi). Yellow and blue ground. Sky, earth and water, 9 large 5-clawed dragons pursuing and clasping sacred discs among clouds, bats, the 12 symbols and symbols of longevity (worked in red, pink, blue, yellow and white silks and gold thread) on a yellow and blue fret background. Collar and cuffs of similar design with fret background. Lined with yellow satin.
