According to legend, Clark & Sowdon produced the first Fish Pond game around 1890. Whether that is true or not, the game still exists and provides a fun experience for players even today. Game makers C. Begerow Mfg. Co. produced their game, "Geeses," in 1895. Instead of hooking fish, players ring the necks of little wooden goose figures, pulling them out of the pond.
