Umbrellas and Barges, Venice

Mary McCrossan was born in Liverpool and studied at the Liverpool School of Art. She specialised in landscape painting, often travelling abroad on sketching tours, and for many years lived in St Ives, Cornwall. The Walker Art Galley held a Memorial Exhibition of McCrossan's work in 1935.
