These are the remarkable fruits of the ice cream bean (Inga edulis). Cultivated on the grounds of Antonio Lodge on the Urubu River, near Lindoia, Brazil. The nocturnal, brush-like flowers of Inga rhynchocalyx only last for one night and are mainly pollinated by bats.
