Float appears to be a representation of Betsy Ross sewing the United States flag, white star on a blue background with a ladder in front are behind woman portraying Betsy Ross. Building in background located at 112 North Main. Sign on building in background seems to read "B.P.O.E. #249" (Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks)
