Eugene Ridgely Jr. is Northern Arapaho. He was an educator in the private and public school systems on the reservation. Eugene is a noted artist and musician. He was selected by the Northern Arapaho Tribe to design the Tribal Logo that appears on tribal letterheads and stationary, signage, clothing apparel, and gift souvenirs.
