On their visit to Stavanger, the Australian husband-and-wife team DABSMYLA contributed several of their distinctive characters to the city centre. This piece shows a smiling volcano figure with a blue diamond floating above its head.

DABSMYLA are best-known for their colourful, maximalist works, whether created for the street or the gallery. The duo takes a collaborative approach to their creative process, with DABS having decades of experience in graffiti and Myla coming from a more brush-based and illustrative practice. Since joining forces, they have become well-known for their vibrant, highly detailed work, often featuring whimsical and quirky characters.
