Ding Ding (1933-1999), also known as Chen Dingding, is from Fujian. He went south with the army in 1949 and engaged in art creation. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts in 1958. He is national first-class artist, member of the Chinese Federation, Executive Director of the Chinese Artists Association, Visiting Professor of the National Overseas Chinese University. He has been the President of Fujian Painting Academy, the Chairman of Fujian Artistic Association and the Vice-Chairman of Fujian Literary Federation. His representative works include cartoon "Zhu Hengfu Going to the Countryside", "Grand View" and Chinese painting "Cherry Blossom". The publications include Ding Ding's Calligraphy and Painting, Ding Ding's Art and Collection of Small and Big Reasons.
