Wood sculpture of an abstracted woman’s head and neck, elongated and stylized. The sculpture consists of three separate sections joined together. The eyes are deep circular inlet carvings with a crescent-shaped raised relief over each one resembling an eyelid; both eye areas are painted black. The nose is thin and triangular in shape and points outward over a close-lipped mouth. The jaw protrudes forward past the nose in exaggerated fashion. The ears at either side of the head are large; their inner areas are painted black. A circular protrusion at the back of the head resembles a bun. "EC 67" is carved into the right side of the neck, near the base, then traced in black ink or pencil.
