Pen and ink drawing with parade marching scene. A group of five figures marches from right to left; two of the figures wear decorative sashes and tasseled caps labeled “P.O.E.,” and others wear brimmed hats with feathers. The frontmost marching figure, holding a baton, has a decorated coat and elaborate tasseled boots. In front of the parade of figures are two boys, one running and one on a scooter, as well as a young girl in a floral dress holding hands with an adult woman. Pencil marks are visible behind the ink.
