Tian Liming was born in 1955 in Hefei, Anhui Province. In 1989, he was admitted by Professor Lu Shen at Central Academy of Fine Arts, and received his Master of Arts degree. He is currently the president and professor of the Chinese Painting Academy of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the member of the Academic Committee of the Academy of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the director of the Chinese Artists Association, and the member of the Chinese Painting Arts Committee of the Chinese Artists Association. His representative works include Stele Forest, Small Stream, Natural Sunshine, Sunshine at noon, etc. He published "Tian Liming Painting Collection", "Tian Liming Painting Collection", "Tian Liming Special Collection" and so on.
