This dish was made for the "Talavera Contemporánea" exhibition held by the UDLAP and Uriarte Talavera in 1999. In the UDLAP Art Collection the pieces of this artist can divide in two groups by the colors used on it, this is part of the four pieces painted with bright colors.
Bill Vincent or William Kirkpatrick was a prolific artist from the south of United States. He used to paint landscape and nature in general and was influenced by the impressionism.
