Unveiling of the Easter Rising 1916 commemoration plaque.

Former Abbey actor Helena Molony, Irish Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Seán Lemass, Christine Shields, daughter of former Abbey actor Arthur Shields, and Mrs Patricia (Gypsy) Kenny, sister of actor Máire Nic Shiubhlaigh, at the unveiling of the 1916 commemorative plaque. Mrs Kenny had played as an Abbey actor under the stage name of 'Betty King' and also served in the Easter Rising, carrying despatches for Cathal Brugha.
