This arm-ring belonged to the queen Amanishakheto and comes from the pyramids in Meroë (Sudan). The ring is made up of two sections, connected by a hinge hidden by a depiction of a temple façade and a ram-headed Amun on a semicircular collar. Small Uraei, rosettes, and cloisonné droplet designs decorate the surface of the arm-ring, framing the central motif of the ram’s head of Amun in front of a chapel.
