Settled on the Pacific coast in Ecuador, The Valdivia culture is one of the oldest in the world. It emerged simultaneously with civilizations in Mesopotamia and China. Very little is known about the Valdivia culture, but they are known for these venus’. All of them are unique and display different characteristics, such as different hair or body shape, and some of them appear pregnant. It is believed by anthropologists that they represent individuals.
