Vase with spout. Red-buff colored clay body, thrown. Globular body with folded vertical spout, incised line demarcates shoulder, turned-down flat ruffled rim with jagged edges; low flat foot. Around back of body is applied ribbon-like ruffled "apron." Exterior covered with variegated dark brown glaze mottled with darker splotches. Areas of exterior, particularly the lower half of body, have a dark film fired over the glaze. Interior covered with black glaze. Bottom partially glazed.
