Delicious and healthy vegetable saloona by Sabiha Shoukat
Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium green chilly
1/4c coriander leaves
2 cloves garlic 1tsp ginger
1/2tsp of turmeric,paprika, cumin, coriander, fennel powder
Grind the above ingredients to a fine paste
In a pan add 1tbsp olive oil, 1 small chopped onion
Add the paste, add 1 c water season with salt, cook for 5 mins then add 1/4c coconut milk and 1/2c (potatoes, zucchini, brinjal, ladyfinger)
Cook till vegetables are done.
